Our Process

Operating under strict guidelines and using 100% organic practices, our farmers grow phytocannabinoid rich hemp on nutrient rich soil in the United States. Utilizing state of the art farming practices ensures all products are regulated, safe and unparalleled in their potency and consistency.

After our plants are harvested they are dried and stored. A milling process adhering to high quality industry standards is then used to create a coarse powder. Once processed, it is shipped to our processing and manufacturing facility in Colorado.

To ensure all of the phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids are preserved we use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process. This process involves CO2, a common method of extraction. This process removes unwanted compounds while preventing natural molecules from degrading, creating the highest quality CBD oil available. Research has shown that CBD oil which contains terpenes and other naturally occurring cannabinoids, otherwise known as phytocannabinoid rich, offers multiple benefits.

Using the extraction process the hemp extract is then separated from the CO2. The CO2 is then recycled and reused in the distillation process.

The removal of THC is one of the most important steps in the process. Unwanted compounds including plant pigments, chlorophyll, wax and trace amounts of THC still present in the oil are removed using proprietary technology. To create the highest quality THC free CBD oil it is then ’washed’ and ‘polished’.

Third-party lab testing is done on each and every batch to ensure our products are of top quality and potency.

Our nanoemulsion technology allows for a water soluble format that is more bioavailable than standard hemp oil. We use this technology in our softgels. Our soft gels enter an additional processing phase that transforms the raw hemp oil into nano sized emulsions. Smaller size particles lead to better absorption. For comparison, our particles are anywhere between 25-60 nanometers in size verse our competitors who come in 100-1000. The result is the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD in the industry.
