ABOUT RUNNING FOR RESCUES
Running for Rescues is a nonprofit organization that assists shelters and rescue organizations nationwide by helping them to pay outstanding veterinary bills. Our main source of funding comes from runners all over the country that independently fundraise for us. We also have a small line of clothing that we offer online. 100% of any item you purchase goes to charity!
Ever wonder what happened with your $50 donation you sent to the ASPCA or The Humane Society? Yeah, me, too! While these are both worthy organizations, they are corporate top-heavy. We don’t get paid here. With Running for Rescues, you’ll actually be able to see how the money raised is spent. We post pictures of every animal we assist on our social media pages.
And believe me, there’s nothing more gratifying than seeing how the miles you ran for us or the shirt that you bought from us is truly making a difference!
